Childbirth Education Classes
The perfect class is waiting for you!
I am currently offering 6 childbirth classes which run as long as 10 weeks or a short as a long weekend. These classes are in person and can be private or group settings.
Chiropractic Services
Our chiropractic office is located in Elk River, MN.
In our office, we have 4 doctors. We offer chiropractic care for the entire family. We also have acupuncture.
Not near Elk River, no problem! We have a network of colleagues across the country.
Doula Services
Physical, emotional & educational support for your pregnancy, labor & delivery, as well as postpartum.
This support looks different for every family. Each plan is customized to fulfill individual family needs.
Online Courses
COMING SOON in May 2025!
I'm so excited to soon be able to offer online courses and as well as subscription services for couples to utilize from preconception through postpartum. Stay tuned for more updates!
